Why this session exists
Most of the women I photograph don't want their images shared. I respect that completely and always will. But it means my portfolio has a gap. It skews editorial. It doesn't always show the everyday woman who's the exact reason I do this work.
The Icon Session is how I fix that. You get a real boudoir session at a price that removes the barrier. I get images that reflect who actually walks through my door. It's honest, it's straightforward, and the work is the same quality I bring to every session.
Where we'll shoot
Icon Sessions take place at a professional production studio in Los Angeles. Not a converted spare room. Not a home setup with a backdrop stand. A real industry facility, the kind used to photograph actors, recording artists, and talent for commercial campaigns, advertising work, and professional portfolios.
This is the same caliber of environment where major brand campaigns get made. When you walk in, you're walking into a space that was built specifically for high-end image work. That difference shows up in your photos.

Before you book
Non-refundable retainer. Your $395 payment secures your studio time. Because I book the studio and prepare specifically for you, this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No rescheduling or cancellations. Dates cannot be changed or canceled once booked. If you're unsure of your availability, please don't book yet.
Model release required. Images from this session may be used for marketing, website, and social media. You'll confirm this in the agreement below before completing your booking.
No MUA at this price point. Professional hair and makeup is not included. Come camera-ready or hire your own artist independently. I can recommend people if you'd like.
Google review requested. After your session, I'll ask you to leave an honest Google review. There's no obligation to say anything you don't mean.
Session Agreement
Read the terms below, then check the boxes to confirm your agreement before booking.
1. Non-Refundable Retainer
The $395 session fee is a non-refundable retainer. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and studio time. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, personal emergencies, or change of plans.
2. No Rescheduling or Cancellation
Session dates and times are firm. Rescheduling and cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed. If you are unable to attend your session, your retainer is forfeited.
3. Image Usage and Model Release
By booking this session, you grant Black Kat Studios (operated by Eric Feldman) a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display images produced during your session for marketing, advertising, website, portfolio, and social media purposes. Your first name only may be used. No last name, Instagram handle, or identifying location information will ever be disclosed. Images will never be sold to third parties.
4. Deliverables
You will receive a minimum of 15 fully edited digital images delivered via a private online gallery within 3 weeks of your session date. Additional images may be included at the photographer's discretion. No print products are included at this session price.
5. What's Included / Not Included
Included: 60-minute professional studio session, posing direction throughout, 15 edited digital images, private gallery.
Not included: professional hair and makeup, prints or physical products, additional editing beyond standard retouching.
6. Studio Location
Sessions are held at a professional production studio in Los Angeles. Full address is provided upon booking confirmation.
7. Conduct and Privacy
All sessions are conducted professionally in a private studio environment. Security camera coverage is standard at the facility. The photographer is male. If you have concerns about this, please reach out before booking.
8. Google Review
Following your session, you will be asked to leave a Google review. This is a request, not a condition of receiving your images. Your honest experience is all that is asked.
9. Governing Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this session shall be resolved in Los Angeles County. By checking the boxes below and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
